Lucy is an economist with over 30 years of extensive experience managing small to large-scale projects as task team leader and member. She is a subject matter expert in private sector development; particularly in public private partnerships in infrastructure, privatization, regulation, competitive industries, industry cluster interventions, export competitiveness and diversification, trade and trade logistics, investment climate and promotion and entrepreneurship development.  Possess strong financial and analytical skills needed for privatization of banks, modernization of payment systems, capital market development and mobile banking. Lucy is well-versed in all Bank Operations, and instruments including ILS, DPLs, DPOs, OBAs and operational procedures in all stages of project cycle.
